Work.
I build companies as part of the work. The fractional engagements run in parallel with at least one venture I’m operating myself. It’s where the operator voice comes from. Below, ventures in reverse chronological order, then a short note on credentials.
SevenYoken.ai
2026–presentCo-Founder
Autonomous accounting for European SMEs. AI agents that handle bookkeeping end-to-end through email: forward an invoice, it gets booked, the accountant gets a clean ledger. Currently building the company with accounting firms as the wedge into the SME market.
e-invoice.be
2025–presentCo-Founder
E-invoicing platform. Peppol-certified access point and service provider, built ahead of the Belgian 2026 mandate and the EU ViDA timeline. Started as the infrastructure SevenYoken needed. It turned out to be a product in its own right.
Airobi.ai
2023–2024Co-Founder
Customer service automation on top of Trengo. AI-powered support agents for European e-commerce. Wound down to focus on the e-invoicing and accounting stack.
Elimity
2017–2022Co-Founder & CEO
Identity governance and analytics for complex enterprises. Raised €800K seed, built the product and the team from zero, exited via acquisition. The first time I went from blank page to enterprise contracts.
Plus several others I’m not at liberty to disclose publicly. Happy to share more on a call.
PhD in Computer Science from KU Leuven, 2017. The thesis was in secure software engineering, which means I read other people’s code with a paranoid lens by default and tend to find the security posture before anyone has to point at it.
Self-taught in sales, marketing, positioning, and fundraising. I learned those jobs by doing them before I had a team to delegate them to. The Elimity round (€800K seed, 2018) was the first time I had to write a deck, run a process, and close lead investors. I’ve since done it for myself again and helped other founders run theirs.
Based in Belgium, working across Europe. Remote-first, with occasional on-sites in the Netherlands and France.
